Asian BBQ-Sauced Pork Back Ribs
INGREDIENTS
Marinade:
Asian BBQ Sauce:
Directions: 1. Remove membrane from underside of ribs. Cut pork back rib racks into 4 to 6 rib portions. 2. Combine marinade ingredients in food-safe plastic bag; add ribs, turning to coat. Marinate 30 to 60 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; keep warm. 4. Remove ribs from marinade and pat dry. Discard marinade. Prepare grill for indirect cooking. Grill ribs with indirect heat until tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, brushing with Asian BBQ Sauce during the last 20 minutes. Serving suggestions: Asian slaw (napa and red cabbage, julienne cut pea pods, red bell pepper strips, slivered almonds with sesame dressing)
