Herb-Crusted Pork Chops

Herb Rub:
Directions: Combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto pork chops. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook about 2 minutes or until brown on all sides. Remove and discard excess drippings. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 7 to 8 minutes for medium rare (145°F) doneness.
